Refunds & Returns
Check the vendors website for the applicable warranty for the good purchased.
If the product is under warranty call Danet Technology's office on (02) 9369 1566. We will then provide you with an RA number.
It is your responsibility to ensure the good is shipped back to our office and that it is not damaged in transit.
Alternatively goods can be hand delivered to our office during standard business hours.
All goods returned must have your name and details clearly written on the box as well as the RA number provided.
Goods returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if you have simply changed your mind.
